I love January in Lithuania. It's dark, it's gloomy, it's wet and cold, and as such it's the perfect time for brewing holidays.
Welcome to my newly refurbished brew-kitchen. Last week I entered the "dark side" of all-grain brewing with an ambitious resolution to clone two of my favorite English ales - Hog's Back "T.E.A."
